OUR DESIGN & BUILD PROCESS


1. MEET THE CONSULTANT

Mike & Robert are our New Home Consultants – they will be with you every step of the way!

Our Consultants work for you with our team. They ensure your journey is going as smooth as possible and ensure your vision becomes a reality.

Mike or Robert will take your brief and pass you on to the designer best suited for your build.


2. MEET YOUR DESIGNER

Once our Consultants have worked with you to secure land and cement your brief, they will introduce you to one of our brilliant Designers.

Each Designer has a different approach and it is important that we match you with the right fit for your build.

Our Designers have specialised backgrounds from Passive Homes to Acoustic Insulation and affordable construction – they all work together to ensure your home is one of the best!


3. PRICING

We price your design as early as possible (before we develop the plans too far).

By giving you an indicative cost at an early stage, you can start to make informed decisions. Full pricing takes approximately 4-5 weeks.

After your plan and pricing have been finalised, your Consultant will then take you on a shopping trip. This is where we show you what has been priced within your home and you can upgrade and downgrade fittings. After you have made your changes, we finalise the price with any changes you have made.

We arrange our pricing process in this way to give you peace of mind and ensure there are no hidden costs.


After your plans have been completed and your have signed a Master Builder Contract with us, we will submit your plans to Council.

Typical Building Consent takes a minimum of 20 working days to receive (this is in normal times – as of October 2021 the council is taking up to 60 working days for approval). Once consent is granted we can get started on your build!


5. MEET YOUR PROJECT MANAGER

Tania is our Project Manager, she will take over from your Consultant and keep you updated on your build process.

Project Management requires a keen eye for detail and high levels of organisation. Tania excels in both.

6. WELCOME HOME

Once your build is finished and had a professional construction clean, we go through your home and identify any areas that require touching up.

When the final touch ups are complete and your home is finished to a level that both you and our team are happy with, we hand over your keys!
