12 MONTH HOME CHECK
Before we hand your brand new home over to you, we check everything and ensure it is immaculate. After 12 months (when your home has been exposed to 4 seasons), we will then come back, check for any minor blemishes (e.g. slight cracking around the door frame) and fix them!
12 MONTH MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE
In your first year of living in your new home, we will be there to remedy any issues that may arise. Just give us a call!
